Key Responsibilities

  1. Bulk Hiring Execution
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring, ensuring timely closures. 
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, employee referrals, social media, and walk-ins. 
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies. 
  • Provide regular updates and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders. 
  1. Database Management
  • Maintain and update a talent pool database for future hiring needs. 
  • Use ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or spreadsheets to track recruitment processes. 
  1. Employer Branding
  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice through innovative hiring practices. 
  1. Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate recruitment reports to track progress and hiring metrics. 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. 
  • Proven experience in bulk hiring and IT/non-IT recruitment. 
  • Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to handle high-pressure hiring demands and meet deadlines.
