About the Job: 

Vertex Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales 
  • cycle to close new business in all service categories. 
  • Possess in-depth service knowledge. 
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with 
  • potential buyers. 
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company 
  • standards are being upheld. 
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. 
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. 
  • Represent the company’s services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive 
  • knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers. 
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales. 
  • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers 

Qualifications- 

  • 1 or more years of sales experience within a similar industry. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM. 
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
